William Reagan has thirty two years experience in the energy and environmental sector. He is specialized in the vesting of mineral interests and producing leasehold interests. He is the president of Reagan Resources, a traditional land company. Reagan Resources specializes in cursory and detailed ownership reporting, acquisition of Oil and Gas Leases, and HBP Leasehold interests. 

Will started in the petroleum land business after working in the environmental sector of the petroleum energy industry. From 1976 through 1980, Will worked with Ecology and Environment Incorporated representing various companies and consortiums in the acquisition and management of petroleum energy related projects including inter and intra state pipelines, salt dome storage and LNG port facilities. In 1981, Will and his family moved to Oklahoma City where he began his career as a petroleum landman. In 1983, he became a partner in Petroleum Land Resources which became Reagan Resources, Inc. in 1987.
